Day 83: Conrad, MT

It was cold again this morning, so I opted for a late start. The terrain was mostly flat, but there was headwind that got increasingly strong throughout the afternoon.

There was a free Shakespeare in the Park show happening when I got to Conrad. I had missed the first half and never really figured out what was going on, but it seemed well done.

Much of central Montana is continuous farmland without frequent camping options. I stayed at the Ponders RV Resort, which was kind of expensive for a tiny unlevel patch of grass with parking lot lights and RVs around it. (Picture shows 2 tent sites, the other one is empty). But it is here and sometimes that is good enough.
